Cost is Per Company/Per Month. All RapidAdvance Programs are charged monthly, and are per company, not users.

Training Sessions. 1 Hour online training sessions, delivered specifically to your team, unlimited attendees, on whatever topic you request.

Success Manager Call. A 1 hour call with a Success Manager, or Senior Success Manager to help you get the most out of RapidStart CRM.

Email Support. Ability to submit support incidents via direct email to our Support Team. Includes up to 4 hours of Support effort per incident.

Phone Support. Ability to contact Support Team via direct Phone. Includes up to 4 hours of Support effort per incident.

Free Updates to New Releases. As Microsoft releases new versions, or we release new capabilities to RapidStart CRM, we will perform your updates.

Remote Admin Service. Basic Administration performed by our Team, examples include apply licenses, add/remove users, change user roles.
